Fibocom RU311-CN series is a high-performance 5G RedCap Sub-6 GHz wireless communication module. Supporting 3GPP R17 RedCap technology, it delivers a maximum downlink rate of 226 Mbps and uplink rate of 120 Mbps over 5G RedCap, as well as LTE peak rates of 150 Mbps downlink and 50 Mbps uplink. The module supports 5G SA networks and is backward compatible with 4G, meeting requirements for 5G private networks and network slicing.

Adopting a compact LGA package, Fibocom RU311-CN series features dimensions of (32±0.15) mm × (29±0.15) mm × (2.4±0.2) mm. Its pin layout is designed for high compatibility with Fibocom FG132 series (RedCap), NL668 / L716 series (Cat 4) and other modules, enabling customers to realize compatible design for 5G and 4G products conveniently.

Targeting the medium-speed IoT market, the RU311-CN series is widely deployed in IoT scenarios including industrial gateways, video surveillance, telematics, energy equipment, CPE/MiFi terminals and more, delivering superior wireless connectivity experience for customers.
