SC236 series is a multi-mode LTE Cat 4 smart module from Fibocom, based on the Qualcomm CQ2390M platform with a high-performance quad-core (3*A55@1.8GHz + 1*A78@1.9GHz) processor and integrated Adreno 704 GPU. SC236 supports 4G LTE FDD/TDD and other cellular standards, meeting the demands of industrial, consumer and vehicle-grade applications.
SC236 runs Android 16 OS with long life cycle support, integrating 2GB LPDDR4X RAM and 16GB eMMC Flash. It provides a rich set of expansion interfaces including MIPI/USB/UART/SPI/I2C, supports FHD+ (1920x1080@60fps) touch display, dual MIPI_CSI cameras, and simultaneous multi-camera operation.
Targeted at the North American market and global EAU market (planning), SC236 series is widely applied in mobile POS terminals, smart robots, smart home, smart city, smart industry and many other fields, providing an outstanding LTE Cat 4 wireless smart product core system solution.
