Job responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the management of technical support team for 2G / 3G / 4G wireless communication module products;

2. Responsible for the management team, support the customer to complete the application circuit design, including checking the schematic design, PCB layout design, etc;

3. Lead the team to do a good job in customer problem tracking, status maintenance, customer relationship management;

4. According to the application situation of customers, provide feasible solutions for customers;

5. Cooperate with domestic sales team to provide technical support;

6. Be responsible for team member evaluation and assessment, improve customer service quality of FAE team; be responsible for team member business training, strengthen product knowledge and application skills, and improve team work efficiency.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, electronics, computer, etc;

2. More than 10 years working experience, more than 3 years management experience;

3. Familiar with technical support of wireless communication module;

4. At least 5 years experience in embedded product development or wireless module technology, familiar with wireless module application;

5. Strong ability of communication and team work, self-discipline, team spirit, steadiness and steadiness, can adapt to short-term business trip;

6. Be able to resist pressure, have good character and moral character, and have the priority of FAE team management in vehicle industry, automobile electronics and other industries.
