MC116-JP is a LTE Cat1 wireless communication module adopting LCC+LGA form factor, with the size of 32mm*29mm*2.4mm. It is pin-to-pin compatible with Fibocom’s LTE Cat 4 module NL668, which is convenient for customers to migrate between different technologies at the lowest cost.
MC116-JP supports LTE FDD network, covering the frequency bands of operators in Japan. The module also supports multi-constellation GNSS receiver (GPS/ Galileo/ GLONASS/ BeiDou), which provides highperformance positioning and navigation while greatly simplifies product design. With a rich extension of interfaces including USB/ UART/ ADC/ PCM/ SGMII, the LTE Cat 1 module MC116-JP enables much flexibility and ease of integration to meet various application demands of the IoT industry.
The Fibocom MC116-JP is perfectly suitable for low and mid-speed IoT scenarios, such as telematics, security, ATM/POS, C-V2X, etc., providing customers with reliable connectivity and robust security.
