Following its A-level rating achievement in 2025, Fibocom has maintained an A-level ESG rating for two consecutive assessment periods, demonstrating continued improvement in its ESG practices and sustainability performance.
Wind ESG evaluates corporate performance across Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) dimensions and serves as an important reference for investors and market participants in evaluating corporate sustainability performance.
As the first wireless module provider in China to publish an ESG report, Fibocom has continuously conducted annual ESG disclosures since 2020. In March 2026, the company released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, marking its sixth annual ESG report.
Through comprehensive annual data and practical initiatives, the report highlights Fibocom’s progress in green operations, social responsibility, and governance transparency.
Fibocom continues to enhance operational sustainability and resource efficiency through ongoing green initiatives.
In 2025, Fibocom’s comprehensive energy consumption totaled 256.61 tons of standard coal equivalent, representing a 32.19% year-on-year decrease. Operational waste generation decreased to 86.65 tons, continuing its year-on-year reduction trend since 2022. Meanwhile, recycled water usage reached 1,992 tons, further supporting resource conservation efforts.
Fibocom continues to support youth development and talent cultivation through long-term social responsibility initiatives.
Through its “Pearl Class” education support program, Fibocom provides educational assistance to outstanding students facing financial difficulties. In the 2025 National College Entrance Examination, all 50 supported students qualified for undergraduate admission, with 38 achieving scores above the provincial key admission threshold. Two students were admitted to Tsinghua University and Peking University, respectively.
Meanwhile, through university engagement programs, technical training, curriculum collaboration, and student technology competitions, Fibocom continues to strengthen connections between industry expertise and academic practice, supporting engineering talent development and innovation capabilities.
Fibocom continues to improve ESG transparency and data management practices.
The company’s ESG report disclosed greenhouse gas emissions data covering its own operations, energy consumption, and upstream and downstream value chains. Among these, the 2025 greenhouse gas emissions data of Fibocom’s Shenzhen headquarters was independently verified by SGS.
In responsible supply chain management, Fibocom achieved 100% coverage of environmental and social performance assessments for core suppliers, further extending ESG requirements throughout its supply chain ecosystem.

As global capital markets and industry partners continue to place greater emphasis on carbon data transparency, compliance operations, and responsible supply chains, clear and credible ESG information has become an important foundation for companies to engage with customers, investors, and ecosystem partners.
For Fibocom, whose business serves customers across global markets, continuously strengthening ESG governance and disclosure practices helps better address global customers’ supply chain expectations, enhance cross-regional compliance management and risk management capabilities, and build a more transparent and trusted foundation for long-term partnerships.
Looking ahead, Fibocom will continue integrating sustainability principles into corporate governance and business operations, supporting sustainable growth across global markets through more standardized, transparent, and responsible practices.
